Founded in 1967 by Luc Van Hoecke, the company specializing in furniture functional established its headquarters in Sint-Niklaas. After six years, the company formed an exclusive partnership with the Austrian furniture hardware company, Blum, covering the Benelux market. By 1983, Van Hoecke benefited from brand-new facilities in the Sint-Niklaas industrial park and, sixteen years later, extended its activities to the Netherlands, establishing a dedicated customer team.

Since its launch, Van Hoecke has focused on supplying essential components for heavy-duty furniture, such as drawer and door systems, including hinges and solutions for folding doors. This concentrate of engineering is specially designed for kitchen, bathroom and other frequently used furniture.
