Towards the end of 1999, Blomme evolved to become a leading property developer offering stand-alone real estate developments including homes and garages.

2010 marks a significant strategic transition: the company refocuses its activities on its own real estate development projects. They decided to stop building and renovating for third parties, and to focus instead on the creation of ready-to-live-in homes, apartments and garage complexes. Since then, the company has, produces an average of 60 homes a year and developed one or two apartment complexes.
