Building a reputation in the construction industry takes time and expertise, which the construction Blomme has proven itself with over two decades of activity. Pieter Blommethe founder, began his career in the construction industry as an entrepreneur, before establishing himself as an influential real estate developer in the Torhout and surrounding areas, all the way to the Belgian coast.

With an estimated fortune of 68,443,000 eurosBlomme occupies the 330th position in its sector. Established in 1995, the company began by specializing in rough construction and renovations. Towards the end of 1999, Blomme evolved to become a leading property developer offering stand-alone real estate developments including homes and garages.

2010 marks a significant strategic transition: the company refocuses its activities on its own real estate development projects. They decided to stop building and renovating for third parties, and to focus instead on the creation of ready-to-live-in homes, apartments and garage complexes. Since then, the company has, produces an average of 60 homes a year and developed one or two apartment complexes.
