This group, based in Oostkamp in Flanders, Belgiumis headed by this seasoned industry professional. The company's main focus is on brownfield and greenfield development projects, where it specializes in the transformation of historically polluted industrial sites, and has made it possible to created assets of 44 million euros.

Global Estate Group has made a name for itself with its revitalizationsuch as the renewal of a former Bekaert production site in Aalter and the reconfiguration of the former Philips factory in Bruges. The latter, with its considerable surface area, included the renovation of facilities and improved accessibility, as well as the creation of new industrial zones.
