At the heart of its activities lies<strong> SDA Holding,<\/strong> a group firmly rooted in machinery distribution<a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/construction\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"50\"> construction <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/agroalimentaire\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"17\">agricultural,<\/a> of industrial equipment and vehicles, creating an empire worth millions of euros.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1991, this cooperative began by exporting automotive parts and vehicles between the<strong> Belgium and Africa.<\/strong> Over time, the company diversified its operations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Construction vehicle distribution<\/strong>Sales of these vehicles account for 40% of the Group's total sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benelux market<\/strong>: By acquiring the Kuiken group, SDA Holding has strengthened its presence in the Benelux countries, which now account for 26 % of total revenues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>African activities<\/strong>Although Africa previously accounted for the majority of the Holding's revenues, this share has been reduced to 20%, reflecting a strategy of regional diversification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of agricultural products, the Group has forged partnerships with well-known brands such as John Deere and Hitachi.
