Bart Cresens, originally from Limburg, began his career in law in Hasselt before moving to Brussels. After a decade in this field, he changed course to real estate<\/a><\/strong>guided by his entrepreneurial spirit. With the aim of building a real estate portfolio sales of around 200 million euros<\/strong> over seven years, with a focus on food supermarkets and fast-food outlets.
