Opgericht in 1967 door Carlos De Graeve, <\/strong>la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est d\u00e9sormais dirig\u00e9e par ses fils jumeaux, Frank et Dirk De Graeve. Ondanks een geschiedenis van <strong>corruptieschandaal<\/strong> met<a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/promoteur-immobilier\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"24\"> vastgoedontwikkelaars<\/a> In de jaren 80 bleef het bedrijf uitbreiden. De zaak betrof <strong>Carlos De Graeve<\/strong>De verjaringstermijn is echter verstreken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan het begin van het nieuwe decennium werd Service &amp; Development Group Belgium gestructureerd door de fusie van drie tussenholdings, met aanzienlijke inbreng van kapitaal en onroerend goed.
