Het bedrijf, dat in 1995 van start ging, specialiseerde zich aanvankelijk in ruwbouw en renovatie. Tegen het einde van 1999 evolueerde Blomme naar een <a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/promoteur-immobilier\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"24\"><strong>vastgoedontwikkelaar<\/strong> <\/a>het aanbieden van op zichzelf staande vastgoedontwikkelingen, waaronder huizen en garages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2010 markeert een belangrijke strategische overgang: het bedrijf richt zijn activiteiten opnieuw op zijn eigen vastgoedontwikkelingsprojecten. Ze besloten te stoppen met het bouwen en renoveren voor derden en zich in plaats daarvan te richten op het cre\u00ebren van woonklare woningen, appartementen en garagecomplexen.
