De kern van de activiteiten is<strong> SDA Holding,<\/strong> een groep die stevig geworteld is in de distributie van machines<a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/construction\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"50\"> bouw <\/a>en <a href=\"https:\/\/lama-fortune.com\/category\/agroalimentaire\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"17\">landbouw,<\/a> industri\u00eble apparatuur en voertuigen en cre\u00eberde zo een miljoenenimperium.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze co\u00f6peratie werd opgericht in 1991 en begon met het exporteren van auto-onderdelen en voertuigen tussen Frankrijk en Duitsland.<strong> Belgi\u00eb en Afrika.<\/strong> Na verloop van tijd diversifieerde het bedrijf zijn activiteiten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Distributie van bouwvoertuigen<\/strong>De verkoop van deze voertuigen vertegenwoordigt 40% van de totale verkoop van de Groep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benelux-markt<\/strong>: Door de overname van de Kuiken groep consolideert SDA Holding haar aanwezigheid in de Benelux, een markt die nu goed is voor 26 % van de totale inkomsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Afrikaanse activiteiten<\/strong>Afrika: Hoewel Afrika voorheen het grootste deel van de inkomsten van de Holding vertegenwoordigde, is dit aandeel teruggebracht tot 20%, als gevolg van een strategie van regionale diversificatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Op het gebied van landbouwproducten is de Groep partnerschappen aangegaan met bekende merken zoals John Deere en Hitachi. Deze producten vormen een segment <strong>marktaandeel van 13%, <\/strong>waarvan een aanzienlijk deel in Afrika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SDA Holding heeft ook haar juridische structuur gestroomlijnd door haar Luxemburgse entiteit over te dragen,<strong> Afrikaanse aandelen,<\/strong> naar Belgi\u00eb, wat zijn betrokkenheid in de hotel- en bouwsector in Afrika vergemakkelijkt.
